Asymptotic behaviour of infinity harmonic functions near isolated singularities.

Wednesday July 25, 2007

02:00PM - 02:50PM

Speakers:
Yifeng Yu

Abstract:

In this talk, I will show that when the dimension is greater than 1, an infinity harmonic function behaves like a cone near its isolated singularities. Especially, this implies that an infinity harmonic function attains local maximum or local minimum value at isolated singularities.
This is a joint work with O. Savin and C. Wang.
