Cohomology of Coxeter groups and buildings

Abstract:
I will begin by describing the "geometric realization" of a Coxeter group or of a building. This is a certain contractible simplicial complex. I will then discuss a formula (in some cases
conjectural) for the compactly supported cohomology of these spaces as well as a formula for their L^2 cohomology.
