Total positivity, matroids, and clusters

Abstract:
We discuss combinatorics of the totally positive Grassmannian and its
relation with the matroid stratification. We describe an interesting
class of matroids, called positroids. There are certain cluster
algebra associated with positroids. We also show how to describe the
string cones and polytopes of parametrizations of the canonical basis
using these combinatorial objects.
