This workshop will provide a mathematical introduction to the fundamental topics of quantum computation. The topics will incude quantum information theory, quantum computational complexity theory, the representation theory of finite groups and properties of quantum fourier transforms, quantum algorithms, quantum communication complexity, quantum error-correcting codes and fault-tolerant quantum computation, and quantum cryptography.
