Abstract:

The work is closely connected to the studies of the Poisson Hypothesis
for information networks. Their behavior is studied by taking the
"thermodynamic limit" of the network. In the limit the key object
discovered is the Non-Linear Markov Chain. The complex behavior of the
network is explained by the eternal transience property of the
corresponding dynamical system, reflecting the presence of multiple
phases in the limiting network.
