The lecture starts with the definition of the Orlik-Solomon algebra of arrangement of hyperplanes. Then it is shown that the Orlik-Solomon algebra is filtered by the intersection lattice. Finally, the relation of the Orlik-Solomon algebra topology is exhibited through the isomorphism of the Orlik-Solomon algebra to cohomology ring of the complement of the arrangement of hyperplanes.
