The definition of the module of derivations tangent to an arrangement is given and studied. The definition of a free arrangement is given and explored through the factorization theorem and it is shown that both real and complex reflection arrangements are presented and the conjuncture that freeness of an arrangement depends only on the intersection lattice is started.
