Speaker: Erica Klarreich

As a mathematician-turned-journalist, I have been writing about mathematics and science for a popular audience for the past 15 years, with articles in publications such as Quanta, Nature, Wired.com, Science News and New Scientist. I’ll tell you a little about how I became a math journalist and what I look for in a story, and then open the floor to your questions, about anything from what I do on a daily basis to the state of mathematics journalism in general.
