Let L(s,chi_d) be the L-function associated to the quadratic character
chi_d. Conrey, Farmer, Keating, Rubinstein, and Snaith conjectured a
formula for the asymptotics, for X large, of the moments
sum_{|d|<X} L(1/2,chi_d)^k, over fundamental discriminants d. The
conjectured moments are described in terms of a polynomial in log |d|
given implicitly as a k-fold residue. We derive a formula for the
coefficients of this polynomial.
