| Sandor Straus is President of the Firedoll Foundation and Managing Member of Tigmera, LLC. He was previously a partner of investment firms Edgestream Partners, L.P. and Renaissance Technologies Corp. In addition to serving on the Board of SLMath, he serves as Board Treasurer of Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center and New Media Ventures and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Marine Mammal Center. He received his PhD in mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1972 and has been on the faculty at Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and the State University of New York at Stony Brook |
