Biography
Vincent Della Pietra has a PhD in mathematical physics from Harvard. He has held positions at the Institute for Advanced Study and IBM’s Thomas J. Watson Research Center. He currently co-manages the General Research Group at Renaissance Technologies. Vincent is co-founder of the Della Pietra Lecture Series at Stony Brook University.
