IPC 2018 will be held at Howard University in Washington, D.C. (Google Maps / Campus map)
Conference sessions will take place in the Chemistry Building (Google Maps). The conference reception will be held in the Blackburn Student Center (Google Maps).
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
To reach Howard University by Metro, take the Yellow or Green line to the Shaw / Howard University station. Walk north on 7th St. from the Metro to reach campus. (See maps links above for event location.)
PARKING
Visitor parking is available at Howard Center Lot across from the Howard University Book Store with entrance on 8th ST NW for $10/day. (View parking lot map - lot is marked with "V".)
LODGING
Hotel room reservations made as part of the conference block ended on March 23rd. The conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia. Reservations may be modified or canceled by individuals online using this link. When booking your hotel, be aware that conference programming will run for a full day Saturday through lunch on Sunday. The hotel offers a free shuttle from the hotel to the Crystal City Metro Station (10-15 minutes' walk away).
Attendees who wish to use public transit to reach the conference can take the Metro from the Crystal City Metro Station (transfer may be required). (Metro map)
AIRPORT
The Hyatt Regency is located just a few minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The hotel offers a free shuttle from the DCA airport to the hotel.
