Abstract

I will share a design framework for supporting secondary pre-service mathematics teachers in learning to notice ambitious mathematics pedagogy and to use this vision to inform observation and analysis of their own instruction. I will discuss the design of tasks, tools and frameworks, and discourse practices for noticing teaching and learning and share findings from research
