From August 22, 2022, MSRI / SLMath is currently open to fully vaccinated, invited guests only. Most scientific activities will have a hybrid component for remote participation, with instructions sent to registered participants.
The health and safety of the MSRI community is our top priority at this time. We have made many operational changes to comply with recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local governments, as well as advice from a distinguished epidemiologist at University of California, Berkeley. Members and staff have received instructions on safety measures required for building inhabitants.
We look forward to the day when, in addition, we can again share the excitement of full in-person collaborative research so characteristic of MSRI.
The building will remain closed to the general public until further notice, with the exception of limited special events after-hours. We will provide regular updates regarding this evolving situation here, via email, and on Twitter @mathmoves. You can monitor this page, which will be updated on a rolling basis as changes are announced.
Preparing for the arrival of new members.
